GHS: Ghana’s Coronavirus Cases Hit 7768 With One More Death

The number of active cases has risen to 5,193. Greater Accra Region remains the area with the highest number of cases having recorded 5430 so far.

The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has revealed that in the last 24 hours 119 Coronavirus patients have recovered bringing the total number of recoveries to 2540, whilst one more death has been recorded.

According to the GHS, Ghana’s Coronavirus case count has also increased to 7768.

The current Coronavirus figures are an update on Friday, May 29 records where the GHS reported cases stood at 7616.

According to the GHS Records, 15 patients are in severe conditions while 5 of them are critical, with 2 people being aided with ventilators.

The number of active cases has risen to 5,193. Greater Accra Region remains the area with the highest number of cases having recorded 5430 so far.

Ahafo Region is the only area with no recorded cases of the Coronavirus.
